Tiny Breed Pup Training Exactly why dog lovers possess this preconceived belief that small dogs are more hard to discipline than medium sized or large breed dogs, I will never be able to know. It is the ruthless streak in the dog that provokes it to climb on to the lap of its owner, specially when there are lots of persons seated in the room. This is a clear act of ruthlessness. Instead of chastising and checking the pup, every owner bar no one, would fondle the puppy, despite the fact it jumped on to their lap without being asked to, fostering the aggressive streak in the dog. In this way the owner has given into the pup's basic instinct to be the alpha dog. Growling and getting mad at a much bigger dog is another clear act of unwanted anger. To the owner, and even the people nearby, this is regarded as cute, mainly because one dog is small while the other is large. Most owners cuddle the pooch instead of scolding it, when it displays this aggression towards a larger dog. These are but good examples as to why small size breed pet dogs are aggressive, and not because small dog training is complicated. It is this pattern of carrying the pup to its toilet place that is the root of all complications. In addition, because the pup is normally carried around so much it has no way of it suggesting to or notifying the owner that it has to go to the bathroom.
