Perfect Weight For Your Body - What Is The Ideal Weight For Your Height And Frame?



There seems to be a gigantic gap between what women think their ideal body weight is as opposed to what the number is according to a health practitioner. When you look at your height & your frame, the number of pounds that are healthy for you is probably a higher number than you are shooting for if you're dieting. I know that the weight I seem to believe is what I want is indeed lower than what my physician is telling me. However, I do realize that as long as I'm healthy that I am doing the right thing, and if that last ten or so pounds aren't a problem for my health practitioner then possibly I shouldn't worry about it too much. However I be inclined to carry my weight in my stomach which leaves me searching for out how to get rid of belly fat particularly. In fact I have a lot of friends that focus particularly on getting rid of belly fat.

This has nothing to do with how you'll look in a swimming suit, but the closer you are to this ideal body weight you're, the better you are going to look. And if you manage to get rid of belly fat in a healthy way you'll feel even better still. So you may not think it's perfect, but it is important to know that your ideal weight will help ensure you are around to watch your kids and your grandchildren grow up.
